Do you want to jumpstart your career as Product Developer Assistant in our creative universe, with plenty of opportunity for you to grow with the responsibility?
In close cooperation with the Design Team the Product Developers are responsible for creating a product from the designers drawing. The tasks are sourcing suppliers and quality, placing sample orders, negotiating prices, and following up on the suppliers’ deadlines.
The Product Developer Assistant will own the full responsibility for the dedicated assignments.
We are looking for someone with a structural mind-set, who understands the flow of fashion, and who knows how to work independently.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
Skilled in data handling in Excel
Not afraid of keeping a close relationship with the suppliers, and push them to deliver on deadline
A ‘can do’ attitude
Thrives as the active link in the centre of processes that involve multiple stakeholders
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU
Placing of sample orders
Sourcing of quality
Keeping track of the suppliers’ deadlines
Updating data in Delouge
Approve lab dips, quality, and prints
Commenting on samples in close collaboration with the Designers
It will be an advantage if you know Delouge or any other PLM system
